Document management

Within Fortes Change Cloud you can store documents at various locations. Fortes Change Cloud will keep the document in the database, so it will be available to all users with access to the document in Fortes Change Cloud. It is possible to overwrite older versions with newer ones. Old versions will be kept in storage, so it's always possible to check out the document history and open an older version of the document. 

Also, it is possible add an approval cycle on deliverables and/or documents. Documents can easily be added to products, projects, folders and organisational units.
